Here are some of my favorite images from 2013. Some are professional and some are personal. They represent precious memories. I am so very grateful to have photographed such wonderful memories!
These aren’t necessarily in any order……
This first image was actually shot in December 2012. But I edited in 2013, so it counts! I took it at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary the weekend Troy (my husband) graduated with his doctoral degree.
OK…I didn’t take this image, but it is special to me because it was taken by my daughter, who was six years old at the time. She rocks!
This is my middle child, who “hates” posing for pictures. But I bribed him with guitar pics!
This is my daughter BEFORE she lost her two front teeth. The grew back in after what seemed like forever, but she looks all grown up now. This was her last portrait with her baby teeth.
A beautiful senior and wildflowers. Need I say more?
My niece got engaged! This was one of her save the date shots.
This was without a doubt my most emotional photo shoot of the year! My good friend asked me to photograph the homecoming of her husband. He was deployed for several months. It was such an honor to photograph their reunion!
Another sweet event….my friends celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal ceremony. They are such a great couple and an example to all!
Here’s another personal pic. My husband and I got to take an anniversary trip to Savannah. We absolutely fell in love with this historic town. I could go back and spend a week just taking pictures!
I love this sweet expression! And the beach! :)
This dramatic shot was taken with a rented wide angle lens. I need to buy one soon!
Sweet Ele! Such a beautiful bride!
Newlywed Christmas pic!
My oldest son, #12, in action.
This is one of my oldest son’s senior football pics. I can’t wait to do his “real” senior pics in a couple of months! (He loves posing just about as much as his brother does, but he appreciate it later in life!)
Wow! It was so hard to choose just a few to share. I this will be even harder at the end of 2014. I can hardly wait to see what God has in store for me in the new year!
