Top Ten Images from 2016 | Jacksonville photographer

Wow! Another year has come and gone. I have to admit, this New Year’s Eve kind of took me by surprise. We had family in town for Christmas. And after Christmas. And they just left yesterday. And yesterday was all about “taking down Christmas.” And, suddenly, it’s New Year’s Eve!

Each year, I do a blog post highlighting my ten favorite images from the year. Some are professional. Some are personal. Each makes the list for it’s own reason. So, without further delay……here are my personal top ten favorite images I photographed in 2016:

{OK…one more slight delay. It’s actually my top fourteen. Sorry. I just couldn’t cut any of these.}

Near Juneau, Alaska…..on a whale-watching excursion. I did get pictures of the whales, but this is my favorite image because I really like how the mountain is like a shadow.

Who can resist the Statue of Liberty at dusk? This was taken on a dinner cruise. Troy and I had so much fun that night….really on that whole trip!

And, finally, you might recognize this from the Bridge of Lions in St. Augustine. I love the sky. And the angle.

Looking back, I am so blessed to have all of these (and many, many more) memories. Wow! God has been so good to me!

And, looking ahead, I’m excited to see what God has in store for me in 2017! Bring it on!!!
