What to Expect

WEDDINGS

As a Jacksonville wedding photographer, I meet with each of my brides to get to know them and plan out the timeline for their special day. Please see the Investment tab for pricing. My packages are based on the number of guests at a wedding and the amount of time covered at a wedding. Each wedding is unique, and I am blessed to be able to document the story of the couple’s big day. Wedding photographs are visual anchors to a sacred promise. I would be honored to work with you, your family, and your friends!

PORTRAITS

Location and Time
Your custom session is unique to you!  I offer several location options, ranging from urban areas to parks to rustic wilderness areas to the beach. Typically, the best time to do outdoor photographs is close to sunset. This helps us take advantage of the best lighting. I like to schedule your session about an hour before sunset. I also offer early morning sessions.

What to Wear
Choose clothing that reflects your personal style.  Avoid large logos.  Avoid bold patterns.
For group pictures, DON”T feel like you have to wear the exact same outfits!  Instead, dress in coordinating colors.  If your goal is to hang your new family photo in your living room, choose colors that compliment the colors in your living room.  I’ll be glad to give you individual, specific advice in this area.

Props
Feel free to bring some of your own items. This is part of what makes your custom session unique!

What If It Rains?
It happens sometimes.  We will reschedule!

After Your Photo Session
Within a few days, you will see a few “sneak peeks” on social media.  I will tag you in your photos (unless you request otherwise.)  All of my product packages include both prints and digital downloads.  Once you place your package order, you will be able to download the images you select with your package.  You will be given permission to order prints from the high-resolution images you download.  I highly recommend using mPix.com.  I encourage you to order prints and canvases larger than 8″ x 12″through me for quality insurance. Your link to download your images will remain active for only a few days, so please make two copies of your files. One copy should be stored away from your computer in a safe place.
