ENGAGEMENT SESSION
A complimentary engagement session is included with all Legacy Wedding Packages!
Choose the type of location that fits your style. Jacksonville has many options, including urban, park, and rustic settings.
Following your engagement session, you will receive a link to your online gallery. You will be able to download approximately 30 edited engagement portraits as high-resolution digital files with printing rights.
Locations outside the Jacksonville area (such as St. Augustine, Fernandina, and Savannah) are possible with an additional fee.

HOW CAN I SEE IF MY WEDDING DATE IS AVAILABLE?
Susan Dixon Photography accepts a limited number of weddings each year. Please reach out with your wedding date & location to check availability. The next step is to schedule a phone or video chat to see if SDP is a good fit for you!
How do i officially book?
After we chat, your are officially booked when your $500 deposit is paid and your contract is signed. Both of these are done securely online.
When should we scehdule our engagement session?
Most couples opt to schedule their engagement session soon after they are officially booked. Waiting is fine, too. Many couples avoid doing their session in the summer because of the extreme Florida heat! I recommend scheduling your engagement session at least three months prior to your wedding date.
How long will it take to get our pictures after our wedding?
You will typically receive several “preview” images within 24 to 48 hours after your wedding. These images will highlight various parts of your special day. It takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks for your entire wedding gallery to be edited and delivered. Couples who select the Legacy Package usually receive over 900 edited images!
